U.S. Consumer Price Index Rose 0.1% In November

(For November 2010)

U.S. consumer price index rose 0.1% in November vs. 0.2% consensus and October reading of 0.2%. On year level CPI inflation is running at 1.1%.

Consumer price index less food & energy came at 0.1%. October reading was at 0.0%. The consensus was at 0.1%. On year level CPI core inflation is running at 0.7%.

High PPI and low CPI means margins get crushed. Not good for equities.
